Hair loss is one of the most traumatic side effects associated with cancer treatment

Scalp cooling caps can help reduce hair loss with studies showing 50% of patients retaining at least half of their hair.

We need to raise £44,000 to purchase two dual patient Paxman scalp cooler systems with 15 different sized caps.

This will allow more patients having chemotherapy at the Mount Vernon Cancer Centre have the opportunity to use them during their treatment.

At the Mount Vernon Cancer Centre we have successfully used the scalp cooling systems, providing more than 10,000 sessions. We are now aiming to add units and upgrade some of our existing units and we need your help.

We are happy to report we have raised over £35,000 so far! Please help us reach our target so we can offer scalp cooling systems to all our patients facing treatment for cancer.
