Fundraise for us It's simple - do what you love and raise money for your local hospitals' charity Without amazing people like you, we wouldn't be able to go above and beyond for our patients. Your money allows us to provide those extra special touches, improvements to our hospitals and new state-of-the-art equipment that is not available through NHS funding. Set up a fundraising page There are many ways for you to fundraise at work, at school, with friends or in the local community. Our community fundraising team can help you with ideas, support and provide you with charity branded materials. Fundraise at work Fundraising at work is a great way to do something fun with your colleagues, whilst raising money for your local hospitals. You could: organise a pub quiz run a sweepstake organise a dress down day have a bake sale nominate East & North Hertfordshire Hospitals' Charity for Charity of the Year. Top Tip: Don’t forget to ask your employer about match funding. Fundraising at school If your school is looking to fundraise for us, here are a few ideas how you can get involved: organise a dress-down day organise a sports day organise a fashion show or talent show We also work with older students to promote employability skills through fundraising workshops and work experience within the Community Fundraising Team. Set up a fundraising page Fundraising in the local community Our aim is to reach as many people in the local community as possible. To do this, we need the help of Charity Ambassadors and Collection Can Champions. Charity Ambassador: Our ambassadors help us to reach their local communities, raising awareness of the work we do and promoting the roles of volunteers within the charity. This role is flexible and can be tailored to suit you. Collection Can Champion: Collection Can Champions help us to distribute our collection cans and buckets in the local community. This helps us to raise funds and awareness throughout the wider community.
