Please then ask your manager to complete the manager approval form online here

You will also need to have gained your divisional directors approval and indicate that you have this on the form.

All applications are reviewed by the Head of Charity and The Charity Continuing Professional Development Lead. The following criteria apply for charitable spend on training courses and development opportunities

Charity funding can only be spent on projects that are above and beyond the remit of the NHS. This means the Charity can only fund training courses that are NOT VITAL training,

The funding must be requested in advance of the start date
