We are thrilled to have been awarded 20 places in the iconic London Marathon 2027 on Saturday 24 April.

This is a first in the charity's 30-year history, and we would love to have you on the team!

Register your interest by filling in your details. All applications will be reviewed and winners will be notified by 31 July 2026. We’ll keep you updated on the outcome and guide you every step of the way.

Whether you're a seasoned runner or taking on your first challenge, this is your chance to make memories that will last a lifetime while supporting a cause that truly matters.

Fundraising

By applying to be part of the East & North Hertfordshire Hospitals' Charity team you agree to our terms & conditions including, if successful to:

• Pay a £100 non-refundable registration fee
• Fundraise a minimum of £2,500 for your local hospitals

When you join our team, you’re not just signing up for a race, you are supporting your local NHS hospitals.

• Make a real difference – your fundraising will go directly towards projects that make a real difference for patients, their families and our NHS staff in your local hospitals. 
• Raise money for the area of your choice – you can fundraise directly for the ward or department that you are passionate about, or for the area of greatest need, which is currently our Children's Big Build.
• Be part of our community – join our other charity runners, support each other, wear your vests with pride and be part of something truly special. 
• Support from start to finish – from the moment you sign up, our events team will be there with training advice, fundraising tips and encouragement every step of the way. 

What you’ll receive as part of the East and North Hertfordshire Hospitals' Charity team:

• A free running vest to wear on race day
• A dedicated fundraising pack full of ideas and resources
• Regular emails to keep you on track with your training and fundraising
• The knowledge that your miles are making a genuine impact
