Our Health at Work team offer occupational health services and wellbeing promotion including referrals for physiotherapy and psychological support.

Colleagues are offered information and resources to promote physical and mental health.  Wellbeing events and services are promoted by a network of wellbeing champions.

A range of support services are available including:

Mental Health First Aiders

First aiders are trained to approach colleagues who may need help, offer initial support and signpost to other services.

Employee Assistance Programme - Vivup

The Employee Assistance Programme offers immediate support to staff 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year on 0800 023 9324.

Mental Health Hub – Here for You

Staff can refer themselves to our mental health hub Here for You, who can provide priority access for a referral to a range of mental health therapies.  Here for You also provide onsite team reflection sessions.
