We fund complementary therapies for patients going through cancer treatment at Lister Cancer Centre and the Lynda Jackson Centre, located at Mount Vernon Cancer Centre.

The therapies help patients deal with the emotional and physical impact of a cancer diagnosis and treatment. The therapists work with clinical staff to ensure the therapies work alongside medical treatment.

At Lister Cancer Centre, we have funded a beautiful garden room so patients can have their therapy sessions in a calm setting away from the clinic area.

Lynda Jackson centre

The Lynda Jackson Centre, at Mount Vernon Cancer Centre, is one of the first organisations of its kind to provide support, information and holistic care to people affected by cancer. The centre provides support for patients and families, helping them cope with all aspects of cancer from diagnosis, through treatment and beyond.
