We support our neonatal team as they continue to give premature and poorly babies the extra special care they need to get the best start in life.

Our wonderful neonatal team give exceptional care to premature and poorly babies and their families.

We work closely with them and the Lister Neonatal Families Group to fund projects such as refurbishments, extra resources, equipment and training to help them go above and beyond for their special patients.

One of the projects we are currently fundraising for is a multi-birth cot so newborn twins or triplets can bond, regulate body temperatures and sleep cycles and sooth each other. It will also help parents learn how to position their babies safely.

We are also raising funds to buy a high fidelity simulator to train staff on the technical skills needed for caring for premature and poorly newborn babies. 

You can also support the neonatal team by buying gifts from their wish list to help provide toys for the babies and some snacks for their parents while they are staying with them.
